The 'winter frost' pattern is a bright cobalt blue, so it is a cheerful pattern. The rectangular baker which I purchased will be very useful for baking and serving.

I opened my front door this morning and felt an overwhelming sense of dread. There were two large, mangled boxes sitting there that I knew contained a rather large collection of fragile pottery. The rips and dents on the packaging told the story of a very challenging journey from Ohio to California.
With trepidation, I unsealed the boxes - expecting the worst. I went for the “most likely to be broken” item first – the cookie jar. It was perfect – I breathed a sigh of relief. I continued to open the packages, each time expecting something to be broken (yes – the outside packaging looked that bad). But, to my amazement, all of the items were perfect.
This phenomenon can only be attributed to the care and attention that you took with respect to proper packaging. It is human nature to complain when things go bad and remain silent when things go as expected. I want you to know that I recognize that you went “above and beyond” in your care and packaging and that this is the only reason that I received all of my items intact.

My order arrived yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL!! The egg plate is for my daughter, a Christmas gift. I know she will LOVE it. Thanks for the secure way it was packaged, all arrived without damage.
