To redeem your Pottery Points, click on "My Account" and log in. Under your Account Details you will see the amount you have accumulated and the option to redeem your points. Once you redeem them for a gift certificate, you will receive an email with the gift certificate number to be used on your next order. Enter this code as you are checking out, in the Gift Certificate # box.
Points cannot be accumulated on Clearance items, Warehouse Seconds, purchased Gift Certificates, shipping charges and any other miscellaneous charges.
Points cannot be accumulated from sales made on eBay.
Points will only be accumulated on Active accounts. Customers who do not have an account will not be eligible for the Pottery Points program until they create one.

Purchases made prior to January 3, 2011 do not qualify for Pottery Points.
