The Polish Pottery WareHouse is a special order site that allows our customers to pre-order items from several different factories at great savings!
This opportunity assures you of receiving the items that you need instead of waiting until they may become available on our retail site, The Polish Pottery House, especially if you need a larger quantity than what we normally carry on our retail site.
Special Order Information
- It's fast and easy to place your order online
Just find the item you want to pre-order, enter a number equal to or greater than the minimum amount, add more items or proceed to checkout.
Many items are offered for single purchase but special patterns that we do not normally carry will have a minimum quantity.
We do require that you create an account so we can keep you informed of your order status.
- What are my savings?
By placing a special order, you receive 20% off the regular retail price!
- Is there a downpayment?
Yes, we require a 50% downpayment when you place your order. The remainder is due, plus shipping charges (if applicable), when the order is ready to ship from our warehouse.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before the order date and receive a full refund.
If you choose to cancel your order after the order date, the downpayment will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit to be used on our retail site.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order is placed with the factories, it usually takes 5-6 months for our warehouse to receive the order. The date of the next order is always posted at the top of the web site.
- What are the shipping charges?
Orders $150 or more are shipped FREE to the contiguous United States! (excludes wholesale orders) If your order is below this amount, the system will figure the shipping charges at checkout.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will need to be manually quoted and do not qualify for free shipping.
- Is there a minimum total order amount?
No, but remember, orders of $150 or more ship free!
Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and International shipments are exempt.
- Once I place my order, am I able to add to it?
Yes, as long as the addition is made before the order due date.
- What if an item(s) becomes available on the retail site at a lower price than what I placed a special order for?
You may cancel your special order for that item(s) and receive a retail store credit to purchase it off the retail site but remember that it may affect the free shipping status if it drops your order below $150.
- Orders may not be combined with retail store orders.
This makes it easier for us to manage. Also, please note that reward points are not accumulated or redeemed on special orders. This is strictly a program offered on our retail site only.
- We order 2 times per year from the factories.
